President's Column from yu:

It seems that winter is upon us.
The other day I competed in a relay marathon comprised of colleagues from my company.
Different from a regular marathon, a team is made up of ten members who run in turn until the marathon distance is completed. After a person has completed a certain distance they hand the sash to the next runner. Each person is not just running for individual reasons, but also for the benefit of the squad. I felt competing as a group was more fulfilling than running independently.
We set our own goal, but if each of the members can’t devote all their energy to it, we never achieve our goal. However, when an independent runner might retire from the race, members gave more to the team than as an individual.
The strong bond between teammates was clearly apparent.
